Agriculture Finance & Marketing Specialist POSITION DESCRIPTION:

-A graduate in Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness, or Business Administration (Corporate Finance).
- A Master’s degree in related field is an added advantage
- Vast knowledge and experience about facilitating farmer-buyer market linkages and value chain financing in Tanzania.
- Exemplified knowledge and experiences working with both private and public sectors.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in project management in the agriculture sector with line management experience.
- Strong private sector experience and entrepreneurial skills
- Proven track record of developing complex client business plans
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong financial analysis and management skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines
