SALES EXECUTIVE JOB VACANCY (2 Post)

Expert Consultancy once again we have an opportunity for a dynamic and driven individual to join our client team in Arusha Ungalimited Industrial Area for Outside Sales team. Our client expected to assign two sales Executives we are expecting to recruit with various sales roles in Arusha.  They will be selling different constructions material (Cements, Paint Colors, Chokaaa, Steel, Plumbers etc) to various potential clients in Arusha.

Location: Arusha

Type: Full Time

Salary: Negotiable plus sales bonus once target exceeded. 

Starting: As soon as possible

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Promote and sell roofing, siding ,replacement windows, and constructions material to contractors and individuals
• Develop and implement strategies designed to increase sales and identify potential new customers in Arusha.
• Quote prices and credit terms and sell special order items as necessary.
• Monitor progress of client market segment; handle customer complaints, and follow-up to offer required solutions.
• Prepare reports of business transactions for management and submit expense reports.
• Estimate materials for projects by doing takeoffs from blueprints and/or material lists when necessary.
• Coordinates with the other members of the sales team (employees and partners) to support account sales and business development strategies.
• Helps identify and engage the appropriate partner to meet customer specifications.
• Follows all companies' methodologies and processes related to sales opportunity pursuit.
• Becomes trusted advisor to key customer influencers and decision makers.
• Achieves or exceeds the quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Identify new market opportunity outside town.
• Schedule meeting between potential clients & management where necessary.

 This position requires:

• High school education or Certificate/Diploma in business administration/Management.
• Minimum of 2-3 years residential building/Constructions materials sales experience, if you have been working with large hardware store in town strongly preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills
• Excellent estimating skills
• Aware with all Arusha town streets (Not by names but you must have been in each of them).
