Job Description
Define and implement company operations strategy .
Build and manage company operations team.
Manage key operations partners such as our import/clearance/warehousing partner, our forward and reverse distribution partner, our fleet supplier, and other key suppliers .
Manage, set objectives, KPI's and drive result with continuous improvement.
Work Closely with the Global Chief Commercial Officer in the strategic integration of the company with the rest of the company's Global offices
Review and strengthen the inventory control management systems for the company
