ASSISTANT PAYROLL OFFICER POSITION

These include cruise ship terminals, airport and hotel operations,

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified, motivated individuals to fill the following positions

1. ASSISTANT PAYROLL OFFICER IN OUR HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT

KEYS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generally the candidate will be responsible in executing maintenance of payroll system updating and maintaining payroll records, liaising with staff on payroll related queries maintaining leave and overtime reports calculations and payment of terminal benefit, processing increase and calculations of backs pays assisting payroll manager with month end consolidation using account software program play a quickly efficiency manner

Qualification
Highest level of integrity and ethics compliance
Ability to communicate fluently Swahili and English
Accuracy, ability to follow directions ability to work independently
Computer literate with good command on office application
Candidate should work a 3 yrs experience in similar positions specifically in payroll position specifically in payroll activities in reputable companies/organizations
