WEB SUPPORT ENGINEER POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Powercomputers is leading IT Company looking to add a Web SoftwareSupport to their technical services team.
This Web Software support role offers a superb opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of their market leading application. As a Web Software Support Analyst you will have previous experience supporting applications and experience. The successful candidate will understand the importance of excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities:
*Installation, implementation & Training of New Clients on various Software
*Handling and resolving a high proportion of escalated service desk calls
*SQL<
style="box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;" />*Installation, implementation & Training of New Clients on various Software
*Responding to escalated tickets by the end of each working day with an update
*Recognising repetitive issues and trends and raising awareness
Ideally you will have 1 years commercial experience working within a Software support / Application support role or similar role where you will be a motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will have hands on experience or an understanding of Application/Software as well as demonstrable experience of planning, time management and organisational techniques.
Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate over the phone and via email with a variety of individuals at all technical levels are required.
