Become the main contacts between the company's Tanzania operations and the Chinese customer / principal (whether part of the Group or not).
Maintain the relationship with the Chinese customers, and ensure the tracking report is updating on daily basis.
Assist the Sales team whenever required during sales visits to Chinese customers.
In conjunction with the Pricing team, ensure that quotation requests for Chinese customers / projects are responded to within the required timeframe of twenty four hours for standard requests.
Assist if and whenever applicable in visit / meeting Chinese corporate customers and project clients locally and/or overseas.
Ensure invoicing correctly, deliver, and payment collect in time.
Coordinate the monthly reporting required for the company Tanzania Chinese related traffic by the Corridor Management, Regional and HQ offices.
