Position: LOGISTICS AND PARKING YARD OFFICER

Reports To: LOGISTICS SUPERINTENDENT
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of commerce Degree ,Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Marketing Logistics OR Advanced Diploma in Logistics or Marketing or its Equivalent
2. At least three (2) years of work experience in sales and Marketing field in a Manufacturing company or its Equivalent.
3. Software ms package
4. Must be computer literate and fluent in speaking and writing both English and Swahili languages.
Specific Knowledge:
1. Good knowledge of Logistics and Handling Parking yard is highly required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate bulk delivery and bags delivery
2. Coordinate export logistics
3. Coordinate export Administration and documentation
4. Parking yard supervision
5. Compile and analyze reports as per directives
6. Coordinate shipment as per supervisor requirements
7. Communicate and liaise with customers and transporters.
8. Gather, prepare and get approval for loading priority trucks
9. Control movement and keep records for bulker seals
10. Prepare sales order for bulker and bags deliveries
11. Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA) compliance with the company requirements.
12. Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Area of Responsibility:
1. TPCC distribution area
Business Understanding: Comply with the laws and regulation of the company; Maintain a good relationship with the customers and Authorities.
