Manage the operational incident program by working with businesses to track and remediate incidents
Analyze trend information and report results: Generate regular reports reflecting the measurement of operational risk and recommend actions to address gaps and breaches
Performing a monthly reconciliation between the risk events reported to Risk Management, Finance and Security and Financial Crime Control departments;
Performing root cause analyses on identified risk events to recommend improvements to prevent these risk events from re-occurring in future;
