Timely costing of inventory .
Timely transfer of inventory items from GIT accounts to inventory accounts
Account allocation- GIT and stocks
Quarterly computation and accounting for stock provision.
Preparation and submission of inventory reports; stock aging, stock reconciliation to Group
Performing monthly inventory reconciliation , investigating and resolving any discrepancy on time.
Posting manual invoices for prime products .
Recognize cost of sales of units sold and post from inventory to respective cost of sales accounts
Liase with reman core coordinator for control and reconciliation of returned core and parts returned for maintenance
Liase with reman core coordinator for control and reconciliation of returned core and parts returned for maintenance
Liase with service department to maintain up to date schedules and adequate documents
Quarterly computation of city service levy.
Advise the Finance Manager and Financial Controller on matters affecting the smooth financial operations of the Company
Any other duties assigned by Finance Manager or Financial Controller
