RE/MAX Omela, Zanzibar’s fast growing real estate agency is looking for Office Administrator to join our developing team.
The main requirements are:
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
  • Computer literacy
  • knowledge Real Estate, Adobe and PowerPoint is helpful
  • Organisational Skills
Main responsibilities and duties:
  • Work under the direction of the Broker/Owner
  • Set up and maintain office files and record systems
  • Prepare listings reports
  • Maintain and oversee company Web site
  • Act as liaison between support staff, assoicates and Broker
  • Act as liaison between company and vendors
  • Act as liaison between region and Remax World Headquarters
  • Represent to the public the professionalism of RE/MAX Omela
RE/MAX training course will be provided. Good package with a great team
