Job Description

FUNCTION
The role of the In Country Trainer is to shadow on the job and learn Enterprise Facilitator training best practices from the Sirolli Institute. At the successful completion of 12 months practice, we will award the title Master Trainer. In Country Trainer, take the approach that it is the client who should conclude that their business is, or is not, worthy of continuation. The position will become an advocate for the Enterprise Facilitator, which will expand the country projects using the Sirolli model. This position is not to manage the Enterprise Facilitators in the field; they will be your colleagues, but rather to ensure the cohesive support of HEIFER country team to the projects in the field. The position will require you to be competent and respectful as you work directly with community volunteers
