Professional Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor of Mineral Processing Eng. Or Chemical Processing Eng. from any recognized University. Must have successful completed 2-5 years of working experience. .
Must be computer literate with experience to Metallurgist records.

Open Pit Mine Engineer (01) Post

Professional Qualifications and Experience
Mining experience 1 - 2 years, preference for Open Cut Mining.

Basic to Good Computer skills in the following packages:-
Vulcan or other similar Mine Planning Software Package.
MS Office software package, (Excel, Access, Word).
Shotplus or other similar D&B Software Package.

Valid Tanzanian Driving Licence.
Appropriate Tanzanian Blasting Certificate.
Previous Mines Rescue experience advantage.
Highest priority on Safety.

Mine Geologist (01) Post

Professional Qualifications and Experience

BSc in Geology.
1 - 5 years experience as a Geologist, working in an exploration, open pit mining and gold processing environment. '
Very Good Computer skills in the following packages
Vulcan, Datamine, and/or other geological resource estimation and 3 Mine
Planning Software Package.
MS Office software package, (Excel, Access, Word).
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Self-starter, able to work and plan daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Enthusiastic and professional work attitude.
Clear and effective communication skills.

Accountant

Professional Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Accounting or Finance. ,
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' post graduate accounting experience preferably in the
mining industry.
Training and coaching skills to develop staff.
Strong commercial acumen.

Ability to facilitate meetings and presentations with senior management staff.
Computer literacy is essential.
Ability to communicate with excellent writing skills.

Legal Officer

Professional Qualifications and Experience
Holder of LLM degree who has worked as e lawyer and is registered with
relevant professional body-and also practicing as an advocate in Tanzania.
At least (5) five years post qualification, with (2) two years of which must be at
senior level.

An experience in Mining Industry is an added advantage
Computer literacy is essential.
, Ability to communicate with excellent writing skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili.
Ability to supervise and direct professionals.

Senior Procurement Officer (01) Post

Professional Qualifications and Experience

Holder of a Bachelor procurement or its equivalent.
At least (5) five years in the same field.
Computer literacy is essential.
Ability to communicate with excellent writing skills.
Ability to supervise and direct junior staffs.

Mine Supervisor

Professional Qualifications and Experience

Degree qualification - Surveying.
Intermediate skills in surveying field work and computations.
Experience with conventional Surveying techniques, preferably with Trimble or GeodimeterTotal Stations.
Good communication, training and supervisory skills.
Mining experience 1 - 4,Years, preference for Open Cut
Good Computer skills in the following packages:-

A good knowledge of mining safety regulations and best practices is essential.
