3. CUSTOMER ADVISOR: (Two positions)
Job Summary:
The Customer Advisor will be responsible for ensuring all day-to-day customer queries and their requests are attended professionally and build the bank image at a higher standard.
Key Accountabilities:
1. To attend to customer enquiries promptly and courteously.
2. To open new customer accounts by following approved account opening procedures.
3. To process customer ATM Card requisitions and custodianship by following the procedures manual.
4. To order and issue cheque books to the right customers following the laid down process.
5. To scrutinize customer cheques, and other customer instruments presented for payment in order to ascertain their accuracy and authenticity before payment authorization / processing for clearing.
6. To process inward and outward cheques clearance from other branches and other banks.
7. Scanning of Accounts and preparing Customers statements
8. To carry any out any other related duties as may be assigned by the Supervise
Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:
Holder of Business related Degree with at least 1 year experience in the field. Experience in Bankers Ream as a Core Banking System and knowledge of all bank products will be an added advantage.
