JOB DESCRIPTION FOR: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (1 POSITION)

HR RECRUITMENT & CONSULTANCY LTD LOCATED IN DAR ES SALAAM IS LOOKING FOR PRESENTABLE AND DYNAMIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying new sales leads
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• Pitching products and/or services
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

·         Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills

·         At least 2 years’ experience in Tourism sales products (preferred)

·         Should be presentable
