COMMISSION BASED SALES PERSONNEL JOB VACANCY (2 Post):

On behalf of our client in Arusha we are currently looking for Sales Personnel for commission based position available with our Client in Arusha.

Job Title: Sales Executives
Salary: Mode of payment is commission based
Report: Team Leader
Qualification: High School or College Certificate
Job Location: Mianzini Area-Arusha
Position Type: Full Time (8:00 am to 5:00 pm and half day every Friday)
Job Shift: Day

Job Purpose:
We are seeking to recruit Sales Personnel to join our Client in Arusha.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Convert potential customers into new business.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
• Identify new markets and business opportunities
• Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
• Visit clients to demonstrate use of products, show samples and take orders
• Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
• Prepare contracts and record orders
