The Consumer Product Support (CPS) Supervisor is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing
product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with operation team, commercial, Consumer service and B2B to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Consumer Service Supervisor job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- The CPS Supervisor will be required to manage End-to-End Product life cycle for the local operation organization in consultation with the Regional team. Will work closely with commercial (Consumer), Cooperate business (B2B), Customer Operation (COPS), MFS and other business units, creating winning proposals and successfully delivering within budget
- The CPS Supervisor will define the product strategy and roadmap of products in CPS domain with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
- The CPS Supervisor will define time, cost and quality constrains and then guide software factories and/or supplier to ensure integrity of the products within these constrains The CPS Supervisor will be accountable for consistency and delivery of the entire product life cycle.
- The CPS Supervisor will be responsible for complying with SOA architecture standards, continuously identifying areas of improvement in our product life cycle and taking initiatives to new approaches to optimize our existing products.
- The CPS Supervisor will be responsible to ensures that all development products are in compliance with his employer’s best practices policies and procedures in the respective operation.
- The CPS Supervisor will be responsible for tracking and maintaining all records and metric of the product life cycle, he/she reports the product progress to the Head of Consumer and Business Product
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors and Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (System Engineer, IS Engineer, Information System Engineer, IT Engineer, Network System Engineer)
- Postgraduate and /or courses in Software Architect will be an advantage
- 3-5 years’ experience working in the IT and Telco industry
- At least Minimum 2 years’ experience in Software development using software factory methodology and SOA Architecture (Telco preferably) and UML experience and Project Management principle
- Experience in Business Processes and Telco (eTOM Model preferable)
- Strong technical understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
- Expert level in UML
- Knowledge in developing and maintaining ITIL policies and procedures
- Excellent Communication skills
