Director of Food and Beverage
Description
You will be accountable for all aspects of our Food and Beverage Division, including driving profitability, marketing and profitability of the division - in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your team will be the secret of your success, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business unit owner and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B, or Assistant Director of F&B in large property. Good operational and customer service, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
