Children in Crossfire is heading into an exciting new strategic phase whereby through a combination of programmes
implementation and advocacy and partnerships, we will contribute to thousands more young children in Tanzania
being supported to thrive during their crucial early years.
We are now recruiting for the position of Advocacy and Strategic Partnerships Manager - this is a newnsenior position reflecting the aspired medium-term growth and direction of Children in Crossfire Tanzania. It will complement our direct programming through civil society implementing partners with national-level strategic advocacy
and partnerships to support the increased coverage and quality of Early Childhood Development (ECD) in Tanzania,
with particular focus on early stimulation and early years learning. Reporting directly to the Country Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading targeted advocacy and astute partnerships management across government and civil society to effectively delivery on [CD agenda.
