Position Description:
-- Summary: Perform supervisory & sales related functions in support of the established sales budget by performing the following
Duties and responsibilities
- Carrying out supervisory responsibilities.
- Developing annual business plan, action plans through efficient planning&Implementation.
- Appraising subordinate, rewarding & disciplining.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong customers services and relationship.
- Organizational, negotiation and communication skills (both written & oral)
- Excellent time management
- Understand of basic financials (P&L) to maintain profitability for the company.
Qualifications &Experiences:
- Bsc. Of Pharmacy or 4-5 years college of Medical background
- Minimum 5 years in Pharmaceutical field at Managerial level - Tanzania
- Computer skills (Excell - Word - PPT)
- Ability to work irregular hours in addition to normal business hours
- Some Travel as needed
