TAC ASSOCIATES, is a growing professional Firm of Accountants/Auditors which provides a wide range of services. We have worked on a " wide range of audit and consultancy assignments for government, parastatal and private sector organizations.
A new department, the Business Development Department has been established to support the Firm to develop new businesses and respond to demands driven programmes.

The Firm is looking for energetic, self motivated individuals who can work in a friendly and dynamic environment. Apart from the qualifications stated below, the successful candidates will be individuals capable of working independently, and possess good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili.

1. Job Title: Business Development Manager - Re Advertised

Reporting to: Managing Partner

The Business Development Manager will be in charge of the Business Development Department, and will attend to all business development duties in accordance with the Firm's standards of quality. Provision of the best and timely service as per Firm's expectations, and maintaining good relationships with clients are the core responsibilities of the Business Development Manager.

In detail, the duties of the Business Development Manager are as follows:
• Provide overall leadership to the Business Development Department.
• Prospecting for new business opportunities.
• Leading and driving new business development and programmes.
• Ensuring the preparation and regular review of work programme for carrying out business development duties.
• Keeping the Managing Partner informed at all times regarding the progress and challenges facing the Firm.
• To increase clientele and keep close relationship with clients to ensure that their problems are promptly and appropriately attended to as they arise.
• Submitting periodical reports on the progress of his/her duties to the Managing Partner.
• Do any other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Partner.

Qualifications and Experience of the Business Development Manager should be:

• A Masters degree in business development studies, business management, finance or other relevant area.
• A minimum of 10 years of working experience, with 5 years at senior management level.
• Proven experience in new business identification and follow up.
• Experience in interacting with high level potential clients from public and private sectors.
• Experience in interacting with donors and implementers of donor funded projects.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Positive attitude
• Good conceptualization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

2.1 Job Title: Accounts Officer

Qualifications/Skills Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), or its equivalent or an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from a recognized university college
Capable of finalizing the accounts
Working experience of at least three years in similar field
Good organizational and team work skills with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision, and good interpersonal skills;
Ability to lead others and communicate at all levels;
Computer literate.
Age not above 35 years

Training Coordinator.  

Microf is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in Tanzania on 27th January, 2016.  Microf Company Limited provides three major services to the Tanzania Microfinance Sector notably; Microfinance Trainings, Consultancy and Research. In implementing its 2016/2019 strategic plan, Microf Company Ltd seeks to recruit a competent and
experienced person into the position of Training Coordinator.

1. TRAINING COORDINATOR (1)
Reporting to:   Operations Manager
Location: Dar Es Salaam with frequent visits upcountry

Specific Requirements: 
1. At least a Bachelor Degree in any of the related fields: Finance, Cooperative, Public Relations, Accountancy, Education, Microfinance and
Marketing.
2. Not less than three (3) years experience in SACCOS and Microfinance management
3. Strong command in communication skills
4. Computer literate
5. Good command in English and Swahili languages
6. An ideal candidate MUST have worked as Manager or higher position for SACCOS, Banks or any Microfinance Institutions
7. Candidate who had performed training coordination duties will be given higher priority
8. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.


  Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform training need assessment
2. Facilitate designing and development of training programs
3. Participate in teaching some courses
4. Identifying trainers
5. Perform overall training coordination
6. Developing and execute the training calendar
7. Perform marketing of the training programs
8. Assessing and reporting effectiveness of training programs
9. Ensure effective management of training budget
10. Take custody of  office facilities and equipments used in training
11. Maintain good relationship with Company’s stakeholders
12. Supervise Zone Relationship Officers
13. Perform any other duties as may be directed by your immediate supervisor
