Main Responsibilities
The Finance assistant's responsibilities will include the following:
-Files: keep up files tidy and organized
-Maintenance of file supply update
-Set up file control of staff, renewals, holidays, etc.
-Keep up file staff update, look for all contract missed
-Assistant for all document to be set up according labor law in Tanzania
-Assist to monthly, quarterly, yearly report
-Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
-Report any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities
-Collect information for and prepare payroll payments for employees
-Assist the financial controller in creating financial reports on a regular basisAttend finance department and company-wide meetings, sometimes assisting with financial reporting

Requirements
-Good communications skills
-Computer skill and proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel

Experience
-experience in salaries and taxes involve around
-Bachelor degree in accounts
