Requirements:
• Excellent written and oral fluency in English & Swahili
• 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, PR, communications, advertising or related industry (telecoms experience a plus)
• Experience in sales or business development role
• Experience working with multinational brands
• Ability to work independently and flexibly beyond job description

• Quick Learner and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage subordinates
• Technology savvy & comfortable with online services
• Smart dressing
• Creative and outgoing
• Patient, calm under pressure and highly organized
• Comfortable with figures and experienced in handling budgets
• Location - Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Responsibilities:
• Research clients' products, services, plans, competitors and target markets
• Planning and preparing sales presentations
• Develop detailed proposals, price solutions and pitch for new contracts
• Meeting clients for briefings and to discuss strategy
• Performing regular client follow ups
• Work with team members to plan and implement solutions for client
• Ensure that projects and work are executed on time and within budget.
• Respond and handle clients' requests as they arise
• Keep detailed records and handle budgets and invoicing

• Prepare and present reports of work completed to client
• Manage multiple accounts flexibly
• Providing management with feedback
