Call for Proposals:  Consultants for Final Evaluation of Projects – East Africa (three separate 4-week assignments between July – November 2016) This is a call for proposals to undertake a final joint evaluation of two thematic projects in East Africa. 

This call comprises three different thematic evaluations (Child Protection in Kenya and Somaliland; Child Rights Governance in Kenya and Somaliland and Education in Ethiopia and Kenya).
