Location: Tanzania


Job Description:


Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe.

Prepare all tax papers/ returns/documents on regular basis and ensure filing of tax returns on time.

Build relationships and interact with tax authorities 

Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns

Identify and mitigate tax risks

Manage tax provision and tax compliance process

Manage tax audit, tax assessments and appeals 

Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices

Customizing accounting software systems to adhere to various taxation requirements

Requirements

CA with around 12 years of experience in Direct as well as Indirect Taxation.


preferably in a diversified business group.


Hands-on experience in Direct and Indirect Tax matters & compliances; 


East African experience is preferred. 

Excellent written and oral communication skill 

Well versed with current developments 

Team handling exposure
