Job Description: Call for Resumes: URC is looking for technical experts to support a project in Rwanda focused on Health Systems Strengthening, MNCH, FP, and malaria service delivery.Job Responsibilities: With specific focus on Rwanda and the East Africa region, please submit a resume highlighting experience with the following work areas:
- Health Systems Strengthening
- MNCH
- HIV/TB
- Laboratory Capacity
- Health Financing
- Universal Health Care
- M&E
- HRH/Capacity Development
- Quality Improvement
- Logistics/Supply Chain
- Knowledge Management
- Minimum 5 years work experience
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD)
- Experience working with USAID or other international donors desirable
- Proven ability to lead teams in achieving results within the health sector
- Project experience at the national and provincial levels of the health system
- Oral and written proficiency in English (Kinyarwanda preferred)
