Do price analysis and edible portion cost analysis.
Categorize and analyze purchases, item analysis, supplier analysis, portfolio analysis.
Weekly market
research items, prices and suppliers.
Develop substitute food items and competing brands.
Develop statistical indicators, trends forecast prices.
Develop terms & conditions, maintains system procedures.
Monitor orders, tenders, contracts and arrangements. Ensuring that negotiations with suppliers at all times exploited to the benefit of the company.
Consult and liaise with management as to when changes / updates to the purchasing and procedures are required.
